I agree with those who think libraries have always been 2.0. ( I don't know that I care for that label. What happened to 1.0!) Advances in technology have just given us more ways and areas we can include and encourage patron participation. The internet and online database provide access to patrons who for whatever reason can't go to the library. Libraries have always been about providing knowledge whether it takes the form of reading a novel or learning about a particular subject.

I have worked in the library for 20 years. I like reading, listening to music and FOOTBALL.


I started out part-time in Circulation but, have been in Technical services for 15 years.
